How To Use
Ensure your rabbit or guinea pig is completely clean and dry before applying the treatment. It is vital to remove any waste or soiled fur from your pets rear end using a dedicated small animal shampoo and warm water beforehand, as the spray must be applied to clean fur to be fully effective. Always wear suitable protective gloves during application. Hold the pump action bottle approximately fifteen centimetres away from your pet and spray the liquid evenly from the middle of their back all the way down to the tip of their tail.
Carefully weigh your pet before use to determine the correct number of spray pumps required based on their weight group. For pets weighing between half a kilogram and one kilogram use five pumps, for one to one and a half kilograms use seven pumps, for one and a half to three kilograms use nine pumps, and for pets over three kilograms use fifteen pumps. For continuous year round protection, reapply the treatment every three months. It is highly recommended to start treatment in early summer before flies are visible. Please note that if your pet is already infested with maggots, you must seek immediate emergency veterinary attention, as any delay can be fatal. Do not use this product on animals under ten weeks of age, sick or convalescent pets, or breeding females.
