Feeding Guide

For the best results, always split the total daily dose into 2 equal amounts, giving half in the morning and half in the evening. Continuous daily use for a minimum of 3 weeks is highly recommended to allow the herbal benefits to build up effectively. For singular stressful events, give the recommended dose 12 hours before the event, and give a second dose 2 hours prior to the event using the higher dosage rate. Always ensure a clean supply of fresh drinking water is available.
