How To Use

Mount the main thermostat control unit completely outside the enclosure where it can be adjusted and viewed easily. Route the sensitive temperature sensor probe into the habitat, fixing it securely in place right where you want to monitor the microclimate, such as directly on top of a heat mat or suspended in the ambient air grid. Plug your chosen heating apparatus into the thermostat socket, making sure you use the appropriate model for your load, with the 100 Watt version recommended for heat mats and the 300 Watt version for more powerful elements. Connect the main power plug to a standard wall outlet and adjust the tamper resistant control dial to your pets target temperature. Always verify the actual internal parameters using a separate digital thermometer to ensure perfect system calibration.
