Customising the Bowl: The recipe contains zero grains or chemical fillers. If your puppy prefers a softer consistency or extra moisture, you can mix in a splash of warm water to create a savory gravy that boosts hydration. Never cook, boil, or microwave this product, as cooking alters the ground bone content and destroys vital live enzymes.

Thawing Instructions: Defrost the 500g tray completely inside a sealed container within the refrigerator overnight before serving. Do not use a microwave or hot water to thaw.

Storage Advice: Keep frozen until ready to use. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and use within 48 to 72 hours (up to 3 or 4 days maximum depending on fridge temperature). It is safe to partially defrost, portion, and refreeze if needed.
