Serving Strategy: Serve straight from thawed as a highly nutritious bowl addition, or slice into small cubes to use as a premium, high value reward. Because this is a highly concentrated offal product, feeding too much at once can result in temporary loose stools; introduce gradually alongside bone and muscle meat.
Handling & Thawing: Defrost the desired amount within the refrigerator overnight (approximately 10 to 12 hours) before serving, or thaw at room temperature for a couple of hours.
