Feeding Guide and How To Use
Daily Serving: As a general guide, feed approximately 2% to 3% of your adult dog's ideal body weight per day, preferably split across two daily meals. Adjust the exact amount based on your dog's activity level, age, metabolic rate, and physical condition.
Serving Strategy: Serve straight from thawed. Simply slice the frozen or semi thawed chub sleeve with a clean knife, decant the mince, and portion it into your dog's bowl. If smaller serving amounts are required, allow the chub to soften slightly at room temperature just enough to safely segment, then return the unused portion immediately to the freezer.
Handling and Thawing: Store at -18°C and keep frozen until ready to use. Defrost individual chubs inside the refrigerator overnight (approximately 10 to 12 hours) before serving. Never boil, cook, or microwave this product, as heat destroys active live enzymes, beneficial bacteria, and causes ground bone fragments to harden uncomfortably.
Storage Advice: Once fully defrosted, store the mince in a sealed container in the refrigerator and use within 4 days. Do not refreeze the product once it has thawed.
Safe Handling: This is a raw meat product and should be handled with care. Green tripe has a naturally strong, pungent aroma that dogs love. Wash hands, bowls, utensils, and all preparation surfaces thoroughly with warm, soapy water after serving. Always make fresh, clean drinking water available daily.
