Feeding Guide and How To Use
Daily Serving: As a general guide, feed approximately 2% to 3% of your adult dog's ideal body weight per day, preferably split across two daily meals. Adjust the exact amount based on your dog's activity level, age, metabolic rate, and physical condition.
Serving Strategy: Serve straight from thawed. Simply open the pack and portion the firm mince directly into your dog's bowl. If smaller serving amounts are required, allow the block to soften slightly at room temperature just enough to segment, then return the unused portion immediately to the freezer.
Handling and Thawing: Store at 18°C and keep frozen until ready to use. Defrost the pack inside the refrigerator overnight (approximately 10 to 12 hours) before serving. Never boil, cook, or microwave this product, as heat destroys active live enzymes and causes ground bone fragments to harden uncomfortably.
Storage Advice: Once fully defrosted, store the mince in a sealed container in the refrigerator and use within 4 days. Do not refreeze the product once it has thawed.
Safe Handling: This is a raw red meat product and should be handled with standard hygiene rules. Wash hands, bowls, utensils, and all preparation surfaces thoroughly with warm, soapy water after serving. Always make fresh, clean drinking water available daily.
