Feeding Guide and How To Use

Serving Strategy: Serve straight from thawed. Simply open the pack and portion the firm mince directly into your dog's bowl. If smaller serving amounts are required, allow the block to soften slightly at room temperature just enough to segment, then return the unused portion immediately to the freezer.

Handling and Thawing: Store at -18°C and keep frozen until ready to use. Defrost the pack inside the refrigerator overnight (approximately 10 to 12 hours) before serving. Never boil, cook, or microwave this product, as heat destroys the beneficial live enzymes, active probiotics, and causes ground bone fragments to harden uncomfortably.

Storage Advice: Once fully defrosted, store the mince in a sealed container in the refrigerator and use within 3 to 4 days. Do not refreeze the product once it has thawed.
