Begin by mixing a small amount of the new nuggets with their current food, slowly increasing the proportion of the senior diet while systematically decreasing the old food until it is completely replaced. A typical mature rabbit weighing approximately 2.5kg will require roughly 60g to 70g of these nuggets per day. Because fiber is critical for senior rabbits, always serve these pellets alongside an unlimited supply of high quality feeding hay and fresh leafy greens.
