How they work: Pulse stats are an excellent way to control heaters that do not emit light. They work by sending regular quick pulses of energy to the heater unit, pulsing harder and faster or softer and slower, depending on the temperature the thermostat is sensing.
Ideal for ceramics, heat mats and other heat sources that do not give off light. Not suitable for use with spotlight bulb heaters.
Ideal for: advanced or breeding project enclosures, where photoperiods replicating night and day are necessary.
